The AirTouch N20 Nasal Mask's memory foam cushion is designed to prevent red markings while providing a firm seal across a range of pressures without sacrificing comfort. One small disadvantage of AirTouch mask cushions is that they cannot be as completely cleaned as silicone cushions and must be changed after 30 days. However, the soft memory foam cushion has been proved to be bacteria-free for up to eight weeks without cleaning, and you can and should wipe the AirTouch N20 cushion with CPAP mask cleaning wipes every morning to increase durability.
