Request a Quote
Need a quote for your CPAP machine, mask, or supplies? Add the products you need to your cart, complete our quote request form, and we’ll email your quote to you.
1. Add your products to the cart
Find the products you would like included in your quote. Select the correct size, style, or other available options, choose your quantity, and click Add to Cart. Repeat for every item you need.
2. Open your cart and select View cart
Click the cart icon in the top-right corner of the website. In the cart panel that opens, click View cart near the top to open your full cart.
3. Click Request a Quote
Review the products, options, and quantities in your cart. Scroll below your cart and click Request a Quote to open the quote request form.
4. Enter your details and click Get Quote
Enter your first name, last name, and email address. You can also add your phone number, address, and any remarks. Double-check your email address, review the items listed, and click Get Quote.
5. Check your email
Your quote will be sent to the email address you entered. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.
