Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Please review the information below to understand our shipping process, timelines, and what to expect once your order is placed.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Domestic Shipping (Canada Only)
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 CAD (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $150 CAD (before taxes) are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee.
We are unable to waive shipping fees on orders under this threshold.
The shipping fee is not based on the size or weight of the item, but rather reflects standard freight costs.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Typically, we ship all orders via Canada Post Express which contains a 2-4 business day shipping timeframe after processing.
- We are temporarily shipping via Purolator Ground which contains a 2-9 business day delivery window depending on where you are located.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to become visible after shipment.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@thecpapstore.ca with your full name and order number, and we will investigate promptly.
If your package appears to be delayed or missing, and a claim with the courier is required, please note the following:
- We are unable to offer a re-shipment or refund until the courier’s investigation is completed and the package is officially confirmed as lost or undeliverable.
- Courier investigations can take anywhere from 2 business days to 3 weeks, depending on the nature of the issue and the carrier’s processing time.
- We will keep you updated throughout the process and work with the courier on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Canada only.
We are unable to ship to international destinations.
Some rural or remote areas may experience longer shipping times or may not fall within the service region for certain couriers.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is limited by courier:
- Canada Post can deliver to P.O. Boxes
- Purolator cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer shipping box
- Photos of the product packaging and any damage to the product itself
We will assist you in initiating a claim or replacement process where applicable.
Important Ordering Tips
To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, we recommend:
- Placing your order under the account or name of the individual who will use the product, for proper documentation (e.g., for insurance or tax purposes).
- Verifying product type, SKU, size, and compatibility prior to placing your order.
- Double-checking all order details at checkout to reduce the risk of delays or errors.
Note: While we do our best to accommodate changes, orders cannot be cancelled or edited once they have shipped.
