Canada Post Strike Update

We want to keep you informed about a potential Canada Post labor disruption that may affect shipping services in the near future.

What’s Happening?

While a strike has not yet begun, there is ongoing uncertainty around Canada Post’s labor negotiations. In anticipation of a possible disruption, we are taking proactive steps to ensure your orders continue to arrive smoothly.

What We're Doing

As of June 2025, we are temporarily shipping all orders via Purolator instead of Canada Post. This is a precautionary measure to avoid any potential delays in the event of a strike.

What You Can Expect

No disruption to order processing or fulfillment

Slightly longer delivery times compared to our usual Canada Post Xpresspost service

Full tracking and customer support for all Purolator shipments

Special Note for Quebec Residents

Due to significant rate increases from Purolator for shipments to Quebec, we are unable to offer Purolator shipping to the province without adjusting the cost.

At checkout, Quebec customers will see two shipping options:

  1. Standard Canada Post rates – This remains our usual service, but please note that delays may occur if job action begins.

  2. Purolator – Offered at an increased shipping rate to cover the higher cost.

This approach ensures you have the choice between maintaining our standard low rates (with a potential risk of delay) or selecting a more secure delivery method at a higher cost. We appreciate your understanding as we work to balance reliability and affordability during this uncertain period.

If you have any questions about your order or shipping options, feel free to contact our support team. We’re here to help!
