Price Match Policy
At The CPAP Store, we want you to shop with confidence knowing you are receiving excellent value. That’s why we offer a Price Match Guarantee on eligible CPAP machines, masks, and accessories.
How It Works
We will match the price of any identical, in-stock product sold by an authorized Canadian ResMed retailer. To request a price match, please contact us with the competitor’s product details before placing your order. Once verified, we’ll match their price.
Free Gift with Price Match
Every customer who completes a price match order will receive one free 70-pack of Lunar CPAP Wipes as our thank-you. Limit one free gift per customer, regardless of the number of items price matched.
Exclusions & Limitations
- We only match prices from authorized Canadian ResMed retailers listed on ResMed’s official site: Authorized Retailers. (select Canada for country)
- Prices from unauthorized sellers, Amazon listings, open-box, or refurbished products are not eligible.
- The competitor’s product must be the exact same SKU, size, and model, and available for immediate shipping.
- Price matching is limited to 4 units per product per customer. Additional quantities must be purchased at our advertised price.
- Price matching may not be available during certain high-volume promotions (e.g., Boxing Day, Black Friday).
- We reserve the right to decline matches from retailers with a documented history of misleading or fraudulent practices.
